• The West Chester Area School District schedules substitute coverage for teaching staff and building level support staff through the AESOP attendance system from Insight. The AESOP system is an automated process for any absences that require pre-approval by either the building principal and/or a central office supervisor (i.e. Personal Days, Bereavement Leave, Professional Development, Curriculum Development work, etc). Absences are approved through the AESOP website prior to the Insight service finding a substitute for the absence.
