How to Make Loaded Potato Foil Packets

Making these potatoes is a breeze. Like so many of my recipes, you’ll be in and out of the kitchen in just a few minutes. It couldn’t be easier.

Step 1: Season the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Toss the potatoes with olive oil and seasonings in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Wrap

Divide the potatoes into four foil packets and seal them up. Then place them seam-side down on a cookie sheet.

Step 3: Bake

Bake for 10 minutes. Then, remove the baking sheet, flip the packets over, and place 1 tablespoon of butter inside each packet. Reseal the packets and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Step 4: Add Cheese
